When this group of devout Baptist found themselves worshiping on Broad Street near the Depot they felt like they finally had a home of their own.  God's gentle hand had led them from meeting in a home to a community center, radio station, and to a variety of other places for fellowship and worship. Providence Baptist Church has experienced great blessings while located on Broad Street.  God has blessed us with new friendships and new family members. 

As we packed and cleaned for our move we stumbled upon many memories.  Memories that reminded us of just how blessed we have been and fueled the flames of excitement about the new work God was preparing us for. 

On November 8^th, 2009 at 3pm we will gather with our friends and loved ones for a building dedication.  Come celebrate with us as we ask God’s blessing on this new facility and pray that we will be good stewards of God’s abundance.
